Nelson
A sweet, affectionate Jack Russell who loves people without reservation, right up until his garden instincts take over. He's not a nuisance barker, but a bird, a squirrel, a hedgehog or the neighbour's cat will set him off every time. His favourite thing in the world is a game of ball with Nana.
Nana
Kind, generous, and a little bit eccentric in the most harmless way. She always arrives with a biscuit for Nelson in her pocket, and she has never once managed to say no to him at mealtimes, whatever she tells everyone else.
